Picture this in your mind:
The worst thing you could possibly do to your calves and feet.
Now think just a little bit worse.
And that ladies and gentlemen is flip flops.
I get it.
I’m a huge fan of convenience.
I also like to look reasonably good when I’m in public.
But unless I’m using them as shower shoes, I refuse to wear flip flops.
I work really hard to take care of my body.
I’m not going to blow up my feet and possibly set myself up for serious achilles tendon and calf issues in the future.
